<li>Craft leaves (I found mine at the dollar store)</li>
<li>White acrylic paint</li>
<li>Paint brushes</li>
<li>Black permanent marker (Fine tip)</li>
<li>For a Garland: White yarn or string, tape or glue</li>
<li>For a poster: Black construction paper and tape</li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<br />
Step 1. Paint the leaves. Do TWO coats. Tip: Make sure you allow the first coat to dry completely before putting on the second coat or the paint will just smear.<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDwsIoXspkUIKS2skt3MylPcNVMrDPAbFazmzMfMwzW0YsumqrHPWPRjr29JrvDd2T7W6-q-KBK7iuRHtnu3O4psdgHRNDMRMyAZzxQGo7AuY5ZH6UvupFvzjb3vKEquMV68ROnrBfBV0/s1600/2012-10-14+13.50.22.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDwsIoXspkUIKS2skt3MylPcNVMrDPAbFazmzMfMwzW0YsumqrHPWPRjr29JrvDd2T7W6-q-KBK7iuRHtnu3O4psdgHRNDMRMyAZzxQGo7AuY5ZH6UvupFvzjb3vKEquMV68ROnrBfBV0/s1600/2012-10-14+13.50.22.jpg" height="640" width="476" /></a></div>
Step 2. Allow the pain to dry and then draw ghost faces on them. <b> </b><br />
<b>For the Garland</b>: Cut out a piece of yarn and tape or glue each leaf on the back 2 inches apart. Hang this in a hallway or around your door! <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0gpvOlC5T0qM9t2cF_J_J1_H5o_E67NcdFzu6Dx6LYpxcLNCzveCIequ8311AlcjOJrANqtT_66mcFVCtkZZR3wpYinuUOWOgoJ-Hh7h5Am38-FaX8TOmXrzrXYmd2nzGJLUYzpb94R4/s1600/2012-10-14+13.51.35.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj0gpvOlC5T0qM9t2cF_J_J1_H5o_E67NcdFzu6Dx6LYpxcLNCzveCIequ8311AlcjOJrANqtT_66mcFVCtkZZR3wpYinuUOWOgoJ-Hh7h5Am38-FaX8TOmXrzrXYmd2nzGJLUYzpb94R4/s1600/2012-10-14+13.51.35.jpg" height="478" width="640" /></a></div>
<b>For the Poster</b>: Glue four ghost leaves onto a sheet a black construction paper. Tip: Don't place them straight up and down, rather place them in different directions as if they are flying. Use the remaining paint from your brush to write a phrase and paint movement lines. Kids can hang it on their door to welcome guests! Spook-tacular!!<br />

But a really fun way to make them cool is to turn them into little ghosts. Here's what you'll need:</span><br />
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Suckers (large and small)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Facial Tissue</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Pipe Cleaners or Twisty ties (you know, the ones you find around the house that tie up garbage bags, bread bags, etc.)</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Fine-tip Permanent Marker</span></li>
</ul>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZaiP0HC06Dpfpw3NtDA1EHYVD51gcJSlUqh4M8Gfis-_2D6bJ8KVjmoFMGZ25IbYAoQWUFkCzczH-HNC4EOoUwnJ2eSf4iZsKz56zBIC3-atnE5o7DWPQnJn4T7dLVyGuGom_QOrEgGY/s1600/2012-10-10+05.02.28.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="475" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjZaiP0HC06Dpfpw3NtDA1EHYVD51gcJSlUqh4M8Gfis-_2D6bJ8KVjmoFMGZ25IbYAoQWUFkCzczH-HNC4EOoUwnJ2eSf4iZsKz56zBIC3-atnE5o7DWPQnJn4T7dLVyGuGom_QOrEgGY/s640/2012-10-10+05.02.28.jpg" width="640" /></a></span></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Step 1. Take a piece of tissue and wrap it around the sucker. Tip: If it's a smaller sucker cut the tissue in half on the diagonal.</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEje6_x49Sp1S0B8e2N-6U90OIadECqBYRDmRMUs4nOwDVKWzkt3Q2TcwEAMCUWUFfr1rqL4tU5QXvyFxytoY9GybCklh3rHWzAfL_XViYqDAZLG0VlW6rKyLbPp0PqEpuw3Lr5HS_vKCDg/s1600/2012-10-10+05.04.03.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="476" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEje6_x49Sp1S0B8e2N-6U90OIadECqBYRDmRMUs4nOwDVKWzkt3Q2TcwEAMCUWUFfr1rqL4tU5QXvyFxytoY9GybCklh3rHWzAfL_XViYqDAZLG0VlW6rKyLbPp0PqEpuw3Lr5HS_vKCDg/s640/2012-10-10+05.04.03.jpg" width="640" /></a></span></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">Step 2. Take your twisty tie and wrap it around the tissue at the base of the sucker.</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg_urJw97ahIg7wqSO5DlN44mN7tX_DQ7yKa3tAtdHkk3NAqLWLHFkkKmveUSnAulqgac_LlXszB-za1dweiZ2_D1attKDWQTB6bhhuCH8P0YZ5hVxOZrtxhfJgpc23KWXtB7ZMmM42i74/s1600/2012-10-10+05.05.51.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="478" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg_urJw97ahIg7wqSO5DlN44mN7tX_DQ7yKa3tAtdHkk3NAqLWLHFkkKmveUSnAulqgac_LlXszB-za1dweiZ2_D1attKDWQTB6bhhuCH8P0YZ5hVxOZrtxhfJgpc23KWXtB7ZMmM42i74/s640/2012-10-10+05.05.51.jpg" width="640" /></a></span></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"> Step 3. Take your permanent marker and draw a little face. Tip: Draw gently so you won't tear the tissue.</span><br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-D1dMd-ziOTi6poPtU_RIt2Y5Ae26tRaKxmh2fqZ0UleaT7I4hDJRxhQzCoeF4MLfsVyANuGmpDA_s0NKdmgiUqrlQkEwMIICt-RuKLDaBn3t042MpuDieL5DvIUi5WusYzTFawn5HD0/s1600/2012-10-10+05.08.26.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="478" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh-D1dMd-ziOTi6poPtU_RIt2Y5Ae26tRaKxmh2fqZ0UleaT7I4hDJRxhQzCoeF4MLfsVyANuGmpDA_s0NKdmgiUqrlQkEwMIICt-RuKLDaBn3t042MpuDieL5DvIUi5WusYzTFawn5HD0/s640/2012-10-10+05.08.26.jpg" width="640" /> </a></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-family: "Trebuchet MS",sans-serif;">And there you have it! Clever little ghosts to hand out for Halloween or any party!!</span></div>

<br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: inherit;">We spend lots of hours investigating fun ways to keep little ones busy and having fun. Crafts are a great way to do it! And it's even more fun when you don't have to spend a ton of money (as featured on</span><span style="font-family: inherit;"> Cincinnati's <a href="http://www.fox19.com/category/240225/video-landing-page?clipId=7828860&autostart=true" target="_blank">Fox19 Morning Show</a> for Easter Egg Decorating, Father's Day crafts, and just recently, Halloween crafts). We got such a great response from viewers, we decided to create this blog so that our followers could check out the latest crafts we've got for parents/guardians and their little ones. We'll have steps along with pictures to help you along. Remember our motto is: <i>It doesn't have to be perfect... it just has to be fun!!</i></span><br />
